Dual Sandel SN4500 EHSI Installation in Lear 35A
Working in conjunction with the team at Jet City Engineering, Five Rings Aerospace have certified the installation of dual Sandel SN4500 EHSIs in a Learjet Model 35A. This modification was carried out as part of a major avionics upgrade which included installation of a Sandel ST3400 TAWS/RMI (Terrain Awareness Warning System) certified for Class A TAWS operations.
GEC Aircraft Weighing Kit increases Weight Control Capability
Five Rings Aerospace have recently procured a GECD4-0000-1 aircraft weighing kit. Comprising 4 individual load cells, each with a 25,000lb capacity, we now have the capability to weigh almost any aircraft in Australia ranging from lightweight general aviation aircraft through to medium size transport category aircraft.
Tyler Fast Roping System Certified on Eurocopter AS365N3
Five Rings Aerospace designed and certified the installation of a Tyler Fast Roping System on Eurocopter AS365N3 helicopters operated by CHC Helicopters (Australia) on behalf of Victoria Police Air Wing. The new system has been acceptance tested and has been received with glowing reviews from air crew.
Bell 412EP Galileo SIM and Swift Broadband Installation
Five Rings Aerospace were selected as the preferred design organisation for the design and certification of the Galileo Avionica "System Integration Module" and Swift Broadband System installations on Bell 412EP (VH-RHJ). The aircraft is operated by Australian Helicopters Pty Ltd on behalf of Australian Customs.
