Dornier DO228 Life Extension
Working with General Aviation Maintenance (GAM), Five Rings developed an STC for a fuselage life extension on their fleet of Dornier 228-202 aircraft.
S76 Medical Oxygen System
Our team developed a CAA NZ STC for installation of a Medical Oxygen System into Sikorsky S-76C++ helicopters for Northland Emergency Services Trust.
Bell 505 LiDAR System Integration
Five Rings Aerosapce designed, manufactured and integrated a LiDAR (Laser Imaging Detection and Ranging) system to a fleet of Bell 505 Jet Ranger X aircraft for our client in Victoria.
Aero Commander MTOW Increase
Our team is in the final stages of completing analysis and testing for an STC to increase the Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) of the Aero Commander AC690A aircraft.
Cherub System
AS350 External Sensor Pod Installation
Certification of a sensor pod for installation on an AS.355F1 helicopter. The Multi Mission Helicopter Pod (MMHP) had two configuration options and was designed, flight tested and certified in-house.
Baggage Module
Developed in collaboration with AW139 maintenance engineers, the baggage module is designed to protect your valuable asset from impact damage caused by baggage and cargo equipment.

Martin Baker Seat Harness Replacement
Our team is working with the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service to develop an STC for the replacement of the passenger harness on the Martin-Baker MFOS seat installed in their fleet of AW139 helicopters.
Stretcher Bridge
Designed for the Stryker Power PRO XT Stretcher the Stretcher Bridge is certified to road ambulance and aviation standards for the carriage of essential medical equipment.

Working with Hevilift, Five Rings Aerospace assisted with design and certification of a Class E cargo conversion on their ATR42-320 aircraft.
MD902 Pilot Seat Shift Kit
Working with Oceania Aviation, Five Rings developed an STC for a pilot seat relocation on MD900 series helicopters.
AS350 Spray System Installation
Our team worked with Oceania Aviation to develop a a Spray System Installation to an Airbus AS.350BA helicopter. The installation is certified under a CAA NZ STC.
Bariatric Stretcher Loading Device
Five Rings Aerospace designed, manufactured and certified a bariatric stretcher loading system for the Royal Flying Doctor Service capable of lifting and securing 280kg patients in their fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.
